Yes we do daily data backup with weekly backups stored off-site.

How soon are new accounts activated?
New accounts are setup the same business day, as soon as payment information is verified.

What is your support like?

How to I move my FarCry site from my local machine to Hosting|Fuse?
Usually the process of moving a site to us is simple:
1. We create the default installation
2. You upload the database and your template and graphic files
3. Use updateapp=1 to refresh the site

The only thing you need to watch when moving your site to us are the table names in the database. Since our mySQL server runs on Unix, the table names are case sensitive (if you run mySQL on Windows, the table names created are all lower case). HOWEVER, you're welcome to just upload your .sql file to your account and we'll import your database into our system the way it should be.
